Jim Copeland has been a licensed real estate broker for 30 years. He has been involved in the sales of hundreds of homes, lots, acreage parcels and ranches. He was also the Vice-President of a top El Dorado County homebuilding and development company for 14 of those years and coordinated marketing for that company. In addition, he is a licensed general contractor.
In recent years, Jim has provided consulting services to developers and home-building companies. His philosophy is to "work with a limited number of people and provide the highest quality of service that I can. Too many realtors simply list as many properties as possible and put them on MLS, where they languish from lack of attention."
Copeland Real Estate is also proud to offer commission rates that are lower
than most of his competitors. As a result, many of his clients are repeat
customers and referrals. |
